Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 11, 2012, at 2:00 pm at the Auriga headoffice, Thyborønvej 78, 7673 Harboøre, Denmark.
Requests of any items to be included on the agenda for the annual general meeting must be received by Auriga no later than Wednesday, February 29, 2012.
Silent periods
For a period of four weeks prior to the release of financial reports, no comments are made on financial results, the outlook or on conditions in the outside world which can be assumed to affect the price formation of the Auriga share.
